Description
As a VIP member you do not pay meetup fees for any event (exceptions will be clearly stated on the event, i.e. parking guards, permits, entrance fees, tickets, etc.). Memberships are paid annually in advance and will be valid for a full 12 months. Children under 18 can join hikes at no charge provided they are under the supervision of an adult.
Here is a reminder of the benefits of being a VIP club member:
- First option on hikes – VIP club members are notified of events before they are announced on Meetup.
- No hiking fee – The hiking fee for the day hikes is included in your membership.
- Weekend & overnight hikes – Be the first to receive exclusive invites to hiking weekends away and overnight hikes.
- Bring a friend! – Bring a plus one to a (non permit) day hike at no additional cost.
- Nicer free merch – When renewing your membership, you will get the option to choose from a wider variety of club branded items as your free gift.
